«Nikolai Smirnov once said: "While watching my paintings
one has to stretch him or herself to his or her maximum, he needs to
reflect, to get deep inside his or her being, only then the most
important will happen. I am not offering to my spectator any easy delights^ what i offer is a saving torture".
